CCM Community Promise Down Payment Assistance Program
Get $6,500 for first-time homebuyers
We’re working to put homeownership within the reach of more people. CCM Community Promise program provides $6,500 in down payment assistance to first time homebuyers who live in qualifying neighborhoods in select cities.
You must live in an eligible census tract in these communities at the time you apply for your home loan, but you can purchase a home anywhere in the United States.
Eligibility for CCM Community Promise down payment assistance
At least one borrower must be a first-time homebuyer
- Primary residences only
- 3% minimum down payment
- No income limits
- Live in an eligible census tract
- Homeownership education if all borrowers are first-time homebuyers
