The key though is that getting in is not a cakewalk. If you don’t bring something to the table already, an established Luxury Agent is not just going to bring you in.
In the book: How To Get a Meeting with Anyone by Stu Heinecke, he discusses proven ways to gift “whales” in order to make an impression. This tactic, amongst many more, can get your foot in the door to joining a luxury team.
2. Engage in an Upscale Hobby

For example, if a Realtor is passionate about golf, joining a high-end golf club can provide an opportunity to connect with high-net-worth individuals who are also passionate about golf.
